• Entry to Guvali is not allowed for individuals under the age of 18.

• Bringing outside food or beverages is prohibited and will be confiscated.

• Guvali management has the right to confiscate any materials brought into the event, including food, beverages, video cameras, audio recording equipment, selfie sticks, hazardous materials, or potential weapons. Guvali management takes no responsibility for confiscated items.

• Ticket holders are required to follow the following guidelines and management protocols, failure to do so will result in the visitor's exclusion from the event, and the ticket price will not be refunded.

• Dressing modestly and adhering to general appearance guidelines is required, men are strictly prohibited from wearing shorts, and women are prohibited from wearing transparent, short, or revealing clothing.

• Appearing on stage, standing, approaching, or approaching performers is prohibited.

• Physical assault or verbal abuse towards staff, performers, or attendees is prohibited.

• Please adhere to the designated seating areas according to the ticket category.

• Wearing the Guvali Bracelet is mandatory.

• Damaging Guvali's property may result in legal consequences and fines as determined by Guvali management.

• Dancing, gathering, and crowding in Guvali's premises are prohibited.

• Guvali management assumes no responsibility for visitors in case of injuries or death.

• Guvali management provides a parking area and assumes no responsibility for visitors' vehicles or any unfortunate accidents.

• Documentation of the event is available to media and attendees, there is a possibility of appearing in published photos, videos, or recorded audio on various media or the internet, Guvali management disclaims all responsibility in this regard.

• Any manipulation, forgery, or reuse of the ticket may result in legal consequences.

• Guvali security has the right to conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and security at the event.

• Leaving the venue during the event will require purchasing a new ticket for re-entry.

• In the event of inclement weather leading to the cancellation of the event, ticket refunds or replacements will not be issued.

• Guvali management or security reserves the right to exclude visitors from the event according to the specified terms and conditions, and the ticket value will not be refunded.

• Customers have the right to request a refund of the ticket price from Guvali in case of cancellation or postponement of the event within 24 hours of the announcement of the cancellation or postponement in the following cases only:

1. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, earthquakes, fires, or floods.

2. The ticket holder has a 24-hour window to request a refund from the time of the event's cancellation announcement, which will be made through Guvali's Instagram platform @GUVALI.sa. If the customer fails to contact Guvali management within the specified timeframe, the ticket is considered invalid, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refunds for tickets will be made to the same bank account used for the initial purchase; no other methods are available.

4. Guvali's policy does not allow ticket replacements under any circumstances, and tickets cannot be used for another event.

5. Ladies' tickets discount is for women only. and if any man bought the ladies tickets, he will have to pay the remaining or he will not be allowed to enter.

6. Men or individuals are not allowed to purchase "Family only" tickets.

7. Tickets is only available at PassTickets website or application if you insist on purchasing tickets at the gate an additional 50 Riyal's must be paid on top of the original ticket price.
