Cancellation:

• 70% of the ticket value is refunded 7 days before the trip

• The ticket value is not refundable 4 days before the trip

Participants:

• The participant must be medically fit and inform the organizers if he/she suffers from any medical problems

• The participant must adhere to the organizers instructions and program timings

• Participant must respect and adhere to public morals and modest dress code for women/men

• Participant must keep the premises clean and throw all waste/ garbage in the designated place for it

• Participants must respect other’s privacy, permission is required to include any of the participants in your pictures. The organizers have the right to cancel the participant’s trip if any one raises a complaint
