The ticket duration is 3 hours (except for winter and ground seating sessions, which have a one-hour sitting duration). For other sessions, the sitting duration is flexible.

Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are not allowed entry (however, there is a separate childcare facility available at an additional cost of 40 SAR).

Suhoor is served from 12:00 to 2:30, and doors open from 11:00 to 1:00.
