-The holder of this ticket is bound by these terms and conditions upon issuance, use, or attempted refund.

• The paid ticket is non-refundable.

• The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the ticket's date and time. Ticket holders must arrive at the specified time on the ticket. The organizing party has the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and in this case, the ticket holder may not demand a refund or compensation of any kind.

• Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry. Hazardous and prohibited materials will be confiscated. Any material deemed dangerous or potentially harmful to the venue or event will also be confiscated by the organizing party or security personnel.

• Due to the rough terrain inside Tropical Land, strollers are not allowed.

• The ticket holder, by attending the event, agrees to the publication of photographs, videos, and recorded audio on the internet.

• The organizing party is not responsible for any physical injuries, illnesses, deaths, loss, or damage to visitors (including ticket holders) or their belongings resulting from or related to the event.

• The ticket is strictly non-transferable.

• The organizing party has the right to remove anyone who engages in behavior deemed by the organizing party as inappropriate.

• In case of complaints, they should be submitted to the "Customer Care Center" for visitor inquiries and complaints.
