5. The management of Guvali Beach has the right to confiscate any items brought to the event, including food, beverages, video cameras, audio recording equipment, selfie sticks, hazardous materials, or potential weapons. The management holds no responsibility for confiscated items.

6. Ticket holders are required to follow the following guidelines and protocols set by the management. Failure to comply will result in the visitor's exclusion from the event premises, and the ticket fee will not be refunded.

7. Adherence to general etiquette in appearance is expected.

8. Appearing on stage, standing, approaching, or harassing the performers or staff is prohibited.

9. Physical assault or verbal abuse towards the performers or staff is prohibited.

10. Please adhere to the designated seating areas according to ticket categories.

11. Wearing Guvali Beach wristbands is mandatory.

12. Any vandalism of Guvali Beach property may lead to legal consequences and fines as determined by the Guvali Beach management.

13. Dancing, gathering, and overcrowding in the Guvali Beach premises are not allowed.

14. The management of Guvali Beach bears no responsibility for any injuries or unfortunate events that may occur to visitors.

15. The management of Guvali Beach is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings; therefore, please be attentive and keep them secure.

16. Guvali Beach provides a paid and limited parking area, and the management bears no responsibility for visitors' vehicles or any unfortunate traffic accidents.

17. Documentation of the event is available to media and attendees, and there is a possibility of the publication of recorded photos, videos, or audio clips on various media platforms or the internet. Therefore, the management of Guvali Beach disclaims all responsibility.

18. The security management of Guvali Beach has the right to conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and security during the event.

19. Any manipulation, forgery, or reuse of the ticket may result in legal consequences.

20. Leaving the premises during the event will require the purchase of a new ticket.

21. In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances during the event, the ticket fee will not be refunded or replaced.

22. The management of Guvali Beach has the right to exclude visitors from the event according to the terms and conditions specified, and the ticket value will not be refunded.

23. Customers have the right to request a refund for ticket fees at Guvali Beach only in the following cases:

25. Force majeure circumstances such as earthquakes, fires, or floods.

26. Ticket holders have 24 hours from the time of the event cancellation announcement to claim the refund. Please note that the announcement will be made on Guvali Beach's Instagram platform, @GUVALIBEACH. If the customer fails to contact Guvali Beach management within the specified period, the ticket will be considered invalid and non-refundable.

27. Ticket refunds will be processed through the same bank account used for the initial purchase. No other methods are available.

28. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal consequences, and necessary actions will be taken.
