Leaving the venue during the event requires purchasing a new ticket.

Customers can request a refund of the ticket amount from Guvali Beach only in the following cases: if the event is canceled or postponed within 24 hours of announcing the cancellation or postponement due to extraordinary circumstances such as earthquakes, fires, or floods.

Ticket holders have 24 hours from the announcement of the event cancellation to request a refund. This announcement will be made on Guvali Beach's Instagram platform. If there is no communication with Guvali Beach within the specified time frame, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be refunded.

Ticket refunds are made through the same bank account used for the initial purchase and no other methods are available.
