A unique experience that takes you on a stunning journey through the skies of AlUla, the city of wonders and ancient history. The journey begins with exploring the beautiful city of AlUla, filled with archaeological sites, where you can enjoy the beauty of its nature and environmental diversity.

As you ascend into the hot air balloon, you'll witness breathtaking vistas stretching across the horizon, with prominent sandstone mountains and vast deserts. You'll feel the tranquility as you float above the ground with nothing but the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds.

While admiring the beautiful scenery from high above, you'll see flocks of birds soaring in the sky. Amidst this enchanting natural scenery, you can also enjoy the thrill and adventure brought by the hot-air balloon ride.

  • Guests must accurately and correctly record their data in the reservation form for importance.

  • The trip is confirmed for 5 guests or more.

  • One car accommodates 7 guests.

  • If the guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the amount will be non-refundable.

  • Avoid political, religious, sectarian, ethnic or any topics that affect public taste or cause embarrassment to others so as not to be subject to legal accountability.

  • If the trip is cancelled by the organizer, the amount will be refunded to the customer.

  • We are not responsible in the event of additional fees being imposed to enter some areas not mentioned.

  • We are not responsible for other additional costs in the event of requesting services not mentioned in the program

  • We are not responsible in the event of an update to the program beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible in the event of a delay beyond our control.

  • In the event that the guest does not adhere to the specified time for the trip and activities, he/she shall bear the responsibility

  • Public Taste System in Saudi Arabia Intimate appearances in public places are not in line with the local culture. Visitors must also not use offensive phrases or gestures.

  • Illegal Substances and Alcohol in Saudi Arabia The sale, purchase, and consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited in Saudi Arabia. It is also prohibited to bring alcohol and drugs into the country.

  • Respect for religion in Saudi Arabia During the five daily prayers in Saudi Arabia, music stops in public places and many shops close briefly. During the holy month of Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn to dusk. If you happen to visit during the holy month of Ramadan, the holiest month in the Islamic calendar, avoid eating or drinking in public during the day out of respect for others.   • The rules and conditions apply on the first day of the trip and upon arrival and use of Zawaya Tourism services, and our activity is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Zawaya Tourism and the customer. These terms limit your rights and remedies and provide protection for Zawaya Tourism. These also include disclaimers of warranty and exclusions of liability. By using this digital platform, you acknowledge and agree that (a) this is fair because this digital platform is easily accessible and free of charge to access the digital platform; (b) If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may choose not to use this digital platform or the Zawaya Tourism Foundation office. Therefore, if there is anything in these terms and conditions, including the disclaimer of warranty and exclusions of liability, that you do not agree to or do not wish to be bound by, or if there is something missing from these terms and conditions that you deem necessary, you should not sign or use this digital platform.

  • Communication towers may not be available during the hours of your presence at the accommodation site, noting that the Zawaya Tourism team provides wireless devices to communicate with unified wave frequencies used in emergency situations and with those close to you in the event of a desire for emergency communication.

  • Avoid political, religious, sectarian, ethnic conversations or any topics that affect public taste or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Adventurers who wish to use their cars on the trip must bear responsibility for following the team during the trip, and in the event of any malfunction, God forbid, the participant bears full responsibility for his car and for arriving at and leaving the accommodation.

  • Travel Documents, including acceptable identification requirements: Each customer is responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid ID (Saudi Civil Status Card or valid Iqama), passport, visa(s) and all other documents required by government regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when traveling domestically or internationally. The photo, name, date of birth and gender shown on the ID must exactly match the same data listed in the registration records for the trip.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the validity of IDs and/or travel documents, and it is his responsibility to review and verify all information. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately if information, changes or corrections are required.

  • Photographic Materials: Zawiya Tourism Establishment reserves the right to use any photo/video taken at any event or during any travel activity, without obtaining the express written permission of the persons included in the photo/video. Zawayatourist may use the image/video in publications or other media materials produced, used or contracted by it, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, digital platform, etc. Anyone who wishes not to use the images as montages or include them in newspaper articles, books, etc. should contact Zawayatourist in writing via the official email: [email protected]
