• It is important that you carefully read and understand the booking conditions below. It constitutes the contract concluded between you and Al Fosul Tours Company for organizing trips. By booking with us, you acknowledge that “I have read and understood and that you agree to abide by these terms of reservation.” Al Fosool Tours Company for organizing trips is a Saudi company licensed by the Ministry of Tourism. All advertising and promotion of adventure activities is done under the brand name “Chapters Tours”.

Evacuation responsibility

• Acknowledgment of Risks: Al-Fassal Tours Company operates activities in areas where the standards of accommodation, transportation, safety, hygiene, medical facilities and other infrastructure may, at times, be lower than those you would normally expect. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. All of our activities, especially those visiting remote areas or areas with dangerous wildlife, involve the risk of injury, trauma, illness, loss of or damage to property, inconvenience and discomfort. By booking with us, you agree to bear all risks associated with the activities to the fullest extent permitted by law

• By booking with us, you acknowledge that your decision to participate in our activities has been made after considering the relevant information that may be provided at any time and you agree to bear the risks associated with the activities.

• When Seasons Trips offers adventures and services, it will do so with care and skill. Chapters Tours is not responsible for the acts and conduct of others, including guides and providers of transportation and accommodation or for any loss, damage or expense (including loss of advance funds) that you may incur as a result of the acts and conduct of others or liability for any client who contravenes the law in any event. Area visited. Any independent arrangements you make that are not part of the Chapters Tours experience are strictly at your own risk. Chapters Tours does not accept liability for any loss or damage, howsoever caused including negligence

the prices

• Prices are based on costs quoted by Chapters Tours Adventures. Chapters Tours reserves the right to adjust prices until you have paid in full for your experience. Dates, prices and itineraries are subject to change and do not include the cost of your airfare, insurance and personal purchases during the trip

Commander's approval

• During all activities, the decision of the Leader, Guide or Chapters Tours representative will be final on all matters potentially affecting the safety and well-being of the experience or activity. You must, at all times, strictly comply with the laws, customs, guidelines or regulations of all places visited. If you do not wish to comply with the above, or if you interfere with the well-being and freedom of the group, the tour leader, guide or company representative reserves the right to ask you to leave the experience or activity immediately without any right to a refund. Any travel arrangements thereafter will be at your own expense

Ages

• Persons under the age of 18 cannot book any activities. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Chapters Tours has the right to refuse the participation of any minor who they consider unsuitable for this activity

safety

• During water activities such as canoeing, life jackets must be worn at all times. While rock climbing, helmets and harnesses must be worn at all times. Chapters Tours provides clients with appropriate protective gear, however clients can choose to wear their own safety gear as long as it meets international safety standards. Chapters Tours and its providers do not accept any liability for customers' failure to wear required safety equipment or follow instructions of supervising personnel. Customers choosing to undertake activities with or without supervision, do so at their own risk and fully accept that such activities may involve risks of injury or death.

Physically and mentally capable

• It is your responsibility to disclose to Chapters Tours any pre-existing medical problems that could reasonably be expected to increase your risk of needing medical care, or that may affect the normal conduct of your experience or activity and enjoyment with the rest of the participants. You may be asked to provide an assessment of your medical condition from a qualified medical practitioner if requested by Chapters Tours guides, staff or suppliers. Chapters Tours reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel your reservation and refund the money you have paid, less any non-refundable costs.

Health and fitness

• Many of our experiences require a certain amount of walking, hiking, kayaking, or other physical activity to visit featured sites. In general, the activity is moderate but sometimes it can be over rocky or unstable surfaces, sometimes involving steep terrain and excessive heat. If you have any doubts about the content of your experience, please discuss your needs with us before booking. Chapters Tours reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel your booking and refund the money you have paid, less any non-refundable costs, if you are considered unsuitable for the booked experience.

Complaints

• If you have any complaints about your experience or activity, you should inform the guide representing Chapters Tours at the earliest opportunity, who will take appropriate action, where possible. If you are not satisfied with their response, you must notify us in writing and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If, at the end of your trial, you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with properly, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the end of your trial.

Hype

• You agree that Chapters Tours may use photographs of you taken during your trip without credit to you and without compensation to you, for advertising and promotional purposes only through any means the Company chooses.
