After booking and joining a flight, I confirm that I have read and agree to all the terms and conditions below.

1 - Safety means:

Please keep this in mind when making your booking. 2 - General Conditions:

3 - Photography by other people:

-It is forbidden to photograph others without permission.

4 – Prohibitions:

• Any type of Drugs or Alcohols are not permitted during the trip. (excepting coffee).

• Not to carry weapons of all kinds, narcotic substances and contraband.

• Preserving public taste in the system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Smoking is not allowed during sessions and inside the accommodation areas.

• Any Public discussions or signs/sentences on the T-shirts related to Politics and Religion are not allowed during the trip.

• It is not allowed to throw any plastic waste or materials that do not decompose naturally on the ground during the trip.

• No logging.

• Hunting is forbidden.

5 - Safety Measures:

• Physically and mentally capable:

It is your responsibility to disclose to Travellers any pre-existing medical problems that are reasonably expected to increase your risk of needing medical care, or may affect the normal conduct of your experience or activity and enjoyment with the rest of the participants. You may be asked to provide an assessment of your medical condition from a qualified medical practitioner if requested to do so by the guides, staff or suppliers of the Backpackers Team. Travelers reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel your booking and refund the money you have paid, less any non-refundable costs.

6 - Commander’s approval:

• During all activities, the decision of the leader, mentor or representative of our organization will be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of the experience or activity. You must, at all times, strictly abide by laws, customs, guidelines or regulations in all places visited. If you do not wish to comply with the above, or if you interfere with the welfare and freedom of the group, the trip leader, guide or company representative reserves the right to ask you to leave the experience or activity immediately without any right to a refund. Any travel arrangement thereafter will be at your own expense.

7 – Publicity:

-You agree that the Backpackers may use photos of you taken during your trip without reference to you and without compensation to you, for advertising and promotional purposes only.

8 – Privacy:

• Your personal information is collected only to enable us to provide you with the services you wish us to provide to you. Information may be disclosed or collected on our behalf by our service providers to enable the provision of services, but will not be used by them for any other purpose. Products may not be offered or services without this information. The information may also be used to inform you about additional products and services, which may be of interest to you. All reasonable information, which we collect, will be kept as confidential as possible.

9 – Cancellation:

• In the event of cancellation or withdrawal, the subscriber is not entitled to claim a refund of the amount paid for the supply of services and materials in advance to the subscriber under item (10) ten.

10 - Trip Price:

• Prices are based on the costs set by the announcements issued by the "Travelers" institution. You reserve the right to adjust prices until you have paid for your full experience. Dates, fares and itineraries are subject to change and do not include the cost of your flight, insurance and personal purchases during the flight.

11 – Complaints:

• If you have any complaint about your experience or activity, you should inform the guide representing Backpackers as soon as possible, who will take appropriate action, where possible. If you are not satisfied with their response, you must notify us in writing, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If, at the end of the experience, you feel that your complaint has not been properly handled, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the end of your trial.

Attending HikeMania Club trip means you are accepting any possible risks exists during the trip. Please don"t place expose others in undue risky situations.
