To ensure a sophisticated and safe experience for all guests, please adhere to the following conditions when attending events at La Maison d’Obhur:

1. General Behavior and Respecting Personal Space

   • Respect the personal space of others, and any inappropriate behavior or harassment towards guests in any form is prohibited.
   • Close physical contact or unacceptable physical interactions between guests are prohibited.
   • Management and security staff have the right to intervene immediately if any inappropriate behavior is observed to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

2. Entry and Participation Rules

   • La Maison d’Obhur reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not adhere to the standards of elegant behavior.
   • Adhere to the dress code specified for the event, maintaining an elegant and sophisticated appearance.
   • All visitors will undergo security checks upon entry to ensure public safety.
   • Reservations are available only for individuals aged 18 and above.
   • Bringing outside food or beverages is prohibited and will be confiscated.
   • La Maison d’Obhur management reserves the right to confiscate any items brought to the event (such as food, beverages, or hazardous materials).
   • Photography within the event is allowed in the designated areas.

3. Event Organization

   • Gathering or congregating in ways that block guest movement or cause disturbances is prohibited.
   • Please adhere to the designated areas for each guest according to their reservation (e.g., tables, VIP areas, or booked packages).
   • Dancing or excessive interaction that could disturb others is prohibited.
   • Please adhere to the designated seating areas according to your ticket classification.
   • Be sure to wear the Blue Horse wristband.
   • Approaching the stage or performers is prohibited.

4. Disciplinary Actions

   • Any person who violates these conditions will be warned, and if the violation continues, they will be escorted out of the event without a refund of the ticket or reservation.
   • In extreme cases, La Maison d’Obhur has the right to ban violators from attending future events.
   • The relevant security authorities will be contacted in case of serious violations.
   • Physical assault or verbal abuse of staff or other guests is prohibited.
   • Blue Horse management or security has the right to exclude a guest from the event in accordance with these terms without refunding the ticket.

5. Maintaining a Sophisticated and Enjoyable Atmosphere

   • Everyone must respect the atmosphere and avoid disturbing the event with unacceptable behavior.
   • Trained security teams will be present to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests throughout the event.
   • Damage to La Maison's property will result in legal consequences.
   • Blue Horse management is not responsible for guests who suffer injuries or death, God forbid.
   • Blue Horse management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
   • Blue Horse provides parking spaces but disclaims responsibility for any traffic accidents.

6. Event Documentation

   • The event may be documented through photos or videos that may be published on media outlets.
   • Blue Horse management disclaims responsibility for any photos or videos published on the internet or media outlets.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement

   • Ticket refunds can only be issued if the event is canceled or postponed due to force majeure circumstances, such as earthquakes or floods, provided that you contact the management within 24 hours of the announcement via Blue Horse and La Maison d’Obhur platforms.
   • Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged in any other case.
   • In case of ticket tampering or forgery, legal action will be taken.
   • If a guest leaves the event, they will be required to purchase a new ticket.
