A separate ticket must be purchased for each individual (adult or child aged 5 years and older).

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free.

The ticket price is non-refundable.

The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

In case the event is canceled, postponed, or the date is changed by the organizer, the ticket value will be refunded.

The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the event’s date, time, and location, and must arrive early. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and in such cases, the ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund or compensation of any kind.

Re-entry to the venue is not allowed once the site is exited.

Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be inspected upon entry to the venue. Prohibited or dangerous items will be confiscated, as well as any material deemed dangerous or potentially harmful to the venue or event by security or the organizer.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Food and beverages will be available for sale inside the event. Animals are not permitted.

The ticket holder agrees to being photographed, recorded on video, or audio during the event, and understands that these materials may be used for marketing purposes or published online.

Smoking, lighters, and matches are not allowed inside the venue, except in designated smoking areas.

The organizer is not responsible for any physical injuries, illnesses, or deaths of any attendee (including the ticket holder), or for the loss or damage of belongings resulting from or during the event.

The organizer has the right to remove anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or contrary to the event’s regulations, at their discretion.

Attendees must adhere to public etiquette rules in line with the culture and values of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
