1. Ticket Refunds and Transfers Tickets purchased for the Guvali Yacht Event are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Age Restrictions Entry is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

3. Outside Food and Drinks Bringing outside food or beverages onboard the yacht is not allowed and will be confiscated upon entry.

4. Prohibited Items The following items are strictly forbidden on the yacht and will be confiscated if found:

Professional video or audio recording equipment, selfie sticks

Hazardous or dangerous items, including potential weapons

5. Confiscation of Prohibited Items Guvali management reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items. We are not responsible for any lost or confiscated property.

6. Behavior and Conduct All guests must adhere to the following guidelines:

Follow assigned seating and areas according to your ticket type.

Avoid accessing restricted areas such as the captain’s deck or crew zones.

Respect fellow guests, staff, and performers — any aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

Follow all safety instructions and directions from the crew and event management.

8. Re-Entry Policy Once guests disembark during the event, re-entry is not permitted.

10. Liability Guests attend at their own risk. Guvali and the yacht operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

11. Parking and Transportation Parking is available at the marina but is used at guests’ own risk. Guvali is not responsible for vehicle damage or theft. Please plan your transport accordingly.

12. Media Release By attending, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes across various media platforms.

13. Event Cancellation or Postponement In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (extreme weather, safety concerns, etc.):

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the official announcement.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

No refunds are available for cancellations due to personal reasons.

14. Ticket Validity Tickets are valid for the specific yacht event only and cannot be used for other events or dates.
