  • If the trip is canceled by the organizer "Zawaya Tourism", the payment will be refunded to the guest.

  • Discussions of political, religious, sectarian, racial topics, or any subjects that violate public decency or may cause discomfort to others are strictly prohibited, to avoid legal liability.

  • Guests must follow the instructions of the trip leader and adhere to the scheduled times for activities.

  • We are not responsible for any additional fees for entering areas not included in the program.

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs for services not listed in the program.

  • We are not responsible for any changes to the program outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations of the guest’s flights or train trips.

  • We are not responsible for any damages or personal injuries the guest may suffer during the trip.

  • By completing the booking, the guest confirms their health and physical fitness to participate in the trip.
