To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and privacy of all guests onboard, the following policies must be strictly adhered to during all yacht events. By booking and attending, you agree to comply fully with these conditions:

1. Guest Behavior & Respect

• Guests are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times.
• Photography and videography of other guests or the crew without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Verbal or physical harassment, inappropriate language, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the yacht.

2. Safety & Compliance

• All guests must follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by the yacht crew.
• Firearms, knives, or any kind of weapon are strictly forbidden on board..

3. Dress Code & Decency

• Proper and respectful attire is required. Indecent, offensive, or overly revealing clothing is not permitted.
• The yacht reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with the dress code.
• High heel not allowed

4. Booking Policy

• All bookings are final and non-refundable, including in the event of:
  • Guest cancellation.
  • Failure to arrive on time.
  • No-shows.
• Time is strictly observed. Guests arriving after departure time will not be allowed onboard, and no refund will be issued.

5. Access Control & Crew Authority

• The yacht crew has the right to: Request valid identification from any guest at any time.
• Deny boarding to any guest who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or in violation of any policy.
• Immediately remove any guest from the yacht for unsafe behavior, policy violations, or disrespectful conduct.

6. Liability & Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The yacht is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Participation is at your own risk. The yacht is not responsible for any injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety rules.
• Damaging yacht property (including furniture, equipment, or fixtures) may result in financial liability.

7. Environmental Respect

• Littering, throwing objects into the sea, or any action that harms the marine environment is strictly prohibited.
• We encourage all guests to help us protect the Red Sea and Saudi Arabia’s natural beauty. Agreement & Enforcement By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. The yacht crew’s decisions are final in all matters of safety and conduct. Non-compliance may lead to immediate removal, denial of future bookings, and legal action if necessary.
