Photography Policy: Guests may not photograph others without their explicit permission. Only general photos of the venue or atmosphere are allowed, provided that attendees’ faces are not shown without prior consent. 3. Punctuality: All guests are requested to arrive on time for the trip. Late arrivals may result in being unable to participate without compensation. 4. Mutual Respect: Please maintain appropriate behavior and respect the privacy of all participants. 5. Personal Responsibility: Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for loss or damage of property. 6. No Smoking Inside the Lounge: Smoking is prohibited inside the lounge. It is only permitted in designated areas and with staff coordination. 7. Prohibited Items: Bringing any prohibited items will result in denial of entry, and ticket fees will not be refunded. 8. Food and Beverages: Only items provided by the organizers during the trip are allowed. 9. Marine Environment Preservation: Littering in the sea is strictly prohibited. Please use designated disposal areas. 10. No Sharp Tools or Instruments: Sharp tools or instruments are not allowed on board. 11. Harassment or Aggression: Any verbal or physical aggression toward organizers or other guests is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to eject offenders immediately. 12. Restricted Rooms: Access to any private rooms on the yacht is prohibited. 13. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction of the yacht’s property or equipment. 14. Cancellation or Postponement Due to Weather: Management reserves the right to postpone or cancel the trip for the safety of all participants. 15. Ticket Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if the organizer cancels the trip. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
