• Tickets purchased through the website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Bringing any food or beverages from outside is strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.

• Blue Horse Management reserves the right to confiscate any items brought into the event, including food, beverages, hazardous materials, or potential weapons.

• Blue Horse Management bears no responsibility whatsoever for any confiscated items.

• The ticket holder must comply with all instructions and protocols set by Blue Horse Management. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event venue without any ticket refund.

• Public decency in appearance must be observed. Transparent, short, or revealing clothing for women is prohibited.

• It is strictly prohibited to appear on stage, stand on, approach, or interfere with the performers.

• Physical or verbal abuse toward staff, performers, or attendees is strictly prohibited.

• Please adhere to the designated seating areas according to your ticket category.

• Wearing the Blue Horse wristband is mandatory at all times.

• Any damage to Blue Horse property will subject the violator to legal accountability and financial penalties as determined by Blue Horse Management.

• Blue Horse Management shall not be held responsible for any injuries or, God forbid, death of visitors.

• Blue Horse Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings; attendees are advised to take care of their possessions.

• Blue Horse Management provides a parking area and bears no responsibility whatsoever for visitors’ vehicles. Any traffic accidents, God forbid, remain the sole responsibility of the vehicle owners.

• The event may be documented by media and attendees. There is a possibility that photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken and published across various media platforms or the internet; therefore, Blue Horse Management bears no responsibility in this regard.

• Any tampering with, forgery, or reuse of the ticket will subject the offender to legal accountability.

• Blue Horse Security has the right to conduct routine inspections to allow entry to the event in order to ensure safety and security.

• Leaving the venue during the event will require the visitor to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.

• Blue Horse Management or Security reserves the right to remove any visitor from the event in accordance with the stated terms and conditions, without any ticket refund.

• Customers are entitled to submit a request for a ticket refund in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, within 24 hours from the official announcement of such cancellation or postponement, only in the following cases:

• If the event is canceled due to force majeure circumstances such as earthquakes, fires, or floods, God forbid. The ticket holder must submit the refund request within 24 hours from the time of the cancellation announcement. Such announcements will be made via Blue Horse’s official Instagram account: bluehorse_.

• If the customer fails to contact Blue Horse Management within the specified period, the ticket will be considered completely invalid and non-refundable.

• Ticket refunds will be processed only through the original bank account used for the purchase; no alternative refund methods are available.

• Blue Horse policy does not allow ticket exchanges under any circumstances, nor may the ticket be used for another event.
