Ticket Purchase & Fees:

All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only permitted if the event is cancelled by the organiser. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days from the cancellation date.

Changes or Cancellation:

The organiser reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen or force majeure circumstances. Ticket holders will be notified via email or phone, and refunds will be processed according to the refund policy above.

Ticket Transfer & Resale:

Tickets are non-transferable and non-resalable unless officially authorized in writing by the organizer.

Unauthorized resale will result in ticket cancellation without refund.

Entry Requirements:

All attendees must present valid proof of purchase and identification upon entry.

Age restrictions apply (18+ or 21+ depending on the event type). Minors are not permitted.

Code of Conduct:

Harassment, violence, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Venue regulations must be followed (e.g., smoking only in designated areas).

The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee violating these rules without compensation or refund.

Black List Policy:

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or permanently ban any individual previously listed on the event’s official blacklist, even if a valid ticket is held.

Individuals on the blacklist are not entitled to entry or refunds.

Attendees may be blacklisted for the following reasons:

• Misconduct or inappropriate behavior at previous events.

• Causing organizational or reputational harm.

• Ticket manipulation, misuse, or fraud.

• Violating event security or safety regulations.

The list may also include individuals whose actions pose a risk to public safety or event integrity, based on the management’s evaluation.

The organizer retains full discretion to refuse entry for security or operational reasons without financial compensation.

Liability Disclaimer:

Attendance is at the participant’s own risk.

The organizer assumes no responsibility for injuries, losses, theft, or fatalities occurring within the event premises.

In the event of a death or serious incident, the matter will be handled immediately by official authorities and emergency services.

The organizer is not liable for any legal or financial outcomes resulting from such incidents.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:

Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

Force Majeure:

The organizer holds no liability for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond control (such as natural disasters, security issues, epidemics, or government decisions). Attendees will be informed of any alternative arrangements or refund options if applicable.

Venue or Seating Changes:

The organiser may modify the venue layout or seating arrangements for operational or security reasons.

Attendees will be notified in advance of any major changes.

Prohibited Items:

Weapons, outside food or beverages, professional cameras, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Security has the right to inspect bags and belongings upon entry.

Photography & Recording:

Personal photography for non-commercial use is allowed. Professional filming or recording requires prior written approval. By entering the event, attendees consent to the use of their image in official promotional material.

Compliance with Laws:

All attendees must comply with local laws and regulations.

The organiser reserves the right to report any unlawful behaviour or violations to relevant authorities.
