By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions: • Children are not allowed. • Attendees must arrive at the designated meeting time. After the bus departure time, we are not responsible for providing transportation. • Tickets purchased through the website are non-refundable and non-returnable. • Blue Horse Management has the right to confiscate any items brought to the trip, including food, drinks, hazardous materials, or any potentially dangerous items or weapons. • Blue Horse Management is not responsible for any items that were confiscated. • The ticket holder must follow all instructions and protocols of Blue Horse Management. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the trip without a ticket refund. • Attendees must adhere to public decency in appearance. • Proper clothing and suitable hiking shoes are required for hiking and mountain climbing. • Physical assault or verbal abuse towards staff or attendees is strictly prohibited. • Attendees must wear the official Blue Horse wristband at all times. • Damaging Blue Horse property will result in legal accountability and a financial penalty determined by Blue Horse Management. • Blue Horse Management is not responsible for any injuries or death, God forbid. • Blue Horse Management is not responsible for lost personal belongings; please keep your valuables safe. • Blue Horse provides a parking area but is not responsible for any incidents involving visitors’ cars. Any accidents, God forbid, are the responsibility of the car owner. • Trip documentation may be captured by media or attendees. Photos, videos, or audio recordings may appear on social media or other platforms. Blue Horse Management is not responsible for their distribution. • Any tampering, forging, or reuse of the ticket will result in legal action. • Blue Horse Security has the right to conduct routine inspections before allowing entry to ensure safety. • Blue Horse Management or security has the right to remove any attendee from the trip based on the stated terms and conditions, with no refund provided. • Customers may request a refund only if the trip is canceled or postponed, within 24 hours of the official announcement, and only in the following cases: • If the trip is canceled due to force majeure such as earthquakes, fires, or floods (God forbid). Ticket holders have 24 hours from the announcement time—posted on the official Blue Horse Instagram account (@bluehorse_)—to request a refund. • If the customer does not contact Blue Horse within the specified period, the ticket becomes invalid and non-refundable. • Refunds will be processed only to the same bank account used for the original purchase. No alternative refund methods are available. • Blue Horse does not allow ticket exchanges under any circumstances, and tickets cannot be used for another event.
