- If the minimum number of participants is not met, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the trip.
- In case of cancellation or postponement by the organizer, the guest is entitled to a full refund of the paid amount.
- If the guest cancels more than 5 days before the trip, a full refund will be issued.
- If the guest cancels 5 days or less before the trip, no refund will be provided.
