General Conduct • Adherence to public manners and decency is required • The use of inappropriate language or behavior is strictly prohibited • Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times during the event
Dress Code • Modest and appropriate attire in line with the spirit of Ramadan is required • Children are encouraged to wear traditional outfits to enhance the Qarqee’an atmosphere
Smoking • Smoking of all kinds is strictly prohibited داخل the event venue and all its facilities
Safety & Organization • Access to non-designated visitor areas is prohibited • Attendees must comply with instructions from organizers and security staff
Notice • Event management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who violates the rules, without refund
Ticket Policy • Free entry for children under 3 years old • Tickets are non-refundable • Bringing food from outside the venue is not permitted
