1. Purchasing a ticket constitutes full acceptance of all listed terms and conditions.

2. The ticket is valid for one person only and cannot be shared or resold.

3. All sales are final and non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

4. It is forbidden to bring drinks from the outside

• The yacht starts at 10:00 pm

• After 1:00 am, entry is not allowed due to the movement of the yacht

• Light cruise departs from 1:00 am to 3:00 am

• Compliance with crew instructions and security

• The ticket is valid for one person only

• Re-entry is not allowed after exit

• The organizer is not responsible for the lost

5. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or failing to follow staff instructions, without refund.

6. Bringing any outside food or drinks onto the yacht is strictly prohibited.

7. Bringing prohibited items or items that violate safety regulations on board the yacht is forbidden.

8. All attendees must comply with the organizer’s and yacht crew’s instructions to ensure general safety.

9. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

10. The event may be photographed or recorded; attendance constitutes implicit consent to the use of images or clips for promotional purposes.

11. In case of event cancellation or date changes due to force majeure, tickets will be handled according to the organizer’s policy.
