By entering the event or purchasing the ticket, the visitor acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions specified

Tickets and Redemption

Tickets are non-refundable or transferable after purchase.

In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event by a decision of the competent authorities, the official refund policy shall be applied.

In the event of changing weather conditions or normal conditions that lead to the temporary suspension of the event, the tickets will not be refunded.

Entry Requirements

Only those aged 18 and over are allowed to enter.

You must commit to dress modestly and appropriately.

It is forbidden to wear obscene or transparent clothes or high heels.

Food and drinks are prohibited from entering outside the event site.

It is forbidden to enter professional photography tools without prior permission.

Behavior within the event

It is forbidden to dance or excessive gathering (overcrowding) in the show areas.

Verbal or physical assault on event staff or visitors is prohibited.

It is forbidden to vandalize the property or tamper with the facilities of the site; the violator shall bear the costs of damages.

Commitment to security instructions and cooperation with members of the organization.

It is forbidden to introduce any hazardous materials, sharp objects or fireworks.

Civil defense, security and safety instructions must be followed within the site.

The event management assumes no responsibility for the loss of personal property.

Photography and broadcasting

The event may be filmed or decited for advertising or media purposes.

At the event, the visitor agrees to use his photos and his appearances free of charge.

It is forbidden to film or broadcast shows without prior permission from the event management.

Force Majeure

The organizer does not bear any responsibility in case of postponement or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its control

Compliance with regulations

All visitors are committed to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the instructions of the General Entertainment Authority, and the administration has the right to take regular procedures in case of any violation
