Yes, your photos or videos may appear in content published on social media or the internet. The organizers are not responsible for any consequences arising from this.

What happens if the event is canceled or postponed?

Tickets are refundable only in the following cases:

Event cancellation due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, or floods.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the announcement via Guvali's official Instagram account, @GUVALI.sa.

Refunds will be sent to the same bank account used for purchase.

Can tickets be exchanged or used for another event?

No, tickets are non-exchangeable and cannot be used for other events.

What happens if I purchase a discounted ticket incorrectly?

Ladies' tickets are for women only. If a man purchases one, he will not be admitted.
