1. Each ticket is valid only for the date, session, and venue stated on the ticket.
2. Admission is subject to ticket verification and compliance with the instructions of the organizer, venue management, security personnel, and relevant authorities.
3. A valid ticket must be presented upon entry. The organizer may request a valid government-issued ID to verify the ticket holder’s identity or age.
4. Tickets are limited and subject to venue capacity. A reservation does not guarantee entry after the stated admission or gate-closing time.
5. Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, transferred for commercial purposes, or used in promotions without the organizer’s written approval.
6. Complimentary tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or resold.
7. Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times. Any age restrictions published on the event page must be observed.
8. Attendees must remain within designated spectator areas and must not enter the circuit, pit lane, paddock, garages, restricted zones, or competition areas without authorization.
9. Motorsport events involve loud noise, flashing lights, smoke, moving vehicles, and other inherent risks. Attendees enter the venue at their own risk and must follow all safety announcements and instructions.
10. Ear protection is recommended, particularly for children and individuals sensitive to loud noise.
11. Dangerous items, weapons, fireworks, flammable materials, laser devices, drones, illegal substances, and any items prohibited by the organizer or venue are not permitted.
12. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas, where applicable.
13. Professional photography, videography, live broadcasting, and commercial recording require prior authorization. Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise directed by the organizer.
14. By attending, visitors acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place and grant the organizer and its authorized partners permission to use crowd images or recordings for promotional and media purposes, subject to applicable Saudi laws.
15. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who behaves dangerously, disruptively, offensively, or fails to comply with event rules, without compensation.
16. The event schedule, participating drivers, activities, access areas, and operating hours may be changed due to operational, safety, regulatory, or weather-related circumstances.
17. If the event is postponed or cancelled, the organizer’s announced policy will apply. The organizer is not responsible for personal expenses such as transportation, accommodation, or other related costs.
18. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Attendees are responsible for supervising their possessions.
19. Parking is subject to availability and venue instructions. Vehicles parked outside designated areas may be removed in accordance with applicable regulations.
20. These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any matter not covered here will be handled according to the organizer’s policies and the applicable regulations.
