Event Terms
- Acceptance of Terms
By entering the event or purchasing a ticket, the visitor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set by Tanaya Flamingo Entertainment Company and the General Entertainment Authority.
- Tickets and Refunds • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.• In case the event is postponed or canceled by the authorities, the official refund policy applies.• If weather conditions or natural circumstances cause a temporary halt of the event, ticket fees will not be refunded.
- Entry Requirements• Entry is permitted for individuals aged 18 and above only.• Visitors must wear modest and appropriate clothing.• Revealing or transparent clothing, as well as high heels, are prohibited.• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.• Professional photography equipment requires prior authorization.• Approaching or climbing the stage during performances is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to bring hookah, its equipment or coal.
- Behavior at the Event• Dancing or overcrowding in performance areas is prohibited. • Verbal or physical abuse toward staff or other visitors is not allowed.• Vandalism or tampering with event property is prohibited; violators are responsible for damages.• Compliance with security instructions and cooperation with event staff is mandatory.
- Public Safety• Bringing hazardous materials, sharp tools, or fireworks is prohibited.• Visitors must follow civil defense, security, and safety instructions on-site.• The event management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
- Photography and Broadcasting• The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional or media purposes.• By attending, visitors agree to the use of their images or footage without compensation.• Recording or broadcasting performances without prior permission from the event management is prohibited.
- Force Majeure The organizer is not responsible for postponement or cancellation due to circumstances beyond control, such as weather conditions or official decisions.
- Compliance with Regulations All visitors must comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and instructions from the General Entertainment Authority. Management reserves the right to take legal action in case of violations.
